About these terms

These terms apply between Voyager Retirement Planning Co., Ltd. (Thai: บริษัท Voyager Retirement Planning จำกัด), Tax ID 0105744131277, of 42/7, Nit Yo Road, Mueang Udon Thani, Udon Thani 41000, Thailand (“we”, “us”), and any person who contacts us or books a session (“you”).

What we provide

We provide pre-retirement budget and lifestyle planning consultations — working conversations that produce written notes, budgets, and drawdown-order plans for the years leading up to retirement. We do not provide investment management, securities trading, formal tax filing, or legal advice. Where a decision needs a licensed securities adviser, a registered tax agent, or a lawyer, we help you frame the question and refer you on; we do not perform that work ourselves.

Booking and sessions

• You book a session by sending the inquiry form, calling, or emailing us.
• A session is confirmed only when we have agreed a time and you have agreed the fee in writing.
• Sessions run by video call or in person at our Udon Thani office.
• You can reschedule a confirmed session with at least 24 hours’ notice at no cost.

Fees

• The session fee is quoted in Thai baht before you book and confirmed in writing.
• We do not take a percentage of your assets and we receive no commission from third parties.
• Payment terms are confirmed with the fee. Unless we agree otherwise, the fee is due before the session runs.

Your responsibilities

• You agree to give us accurate information about your own finances. Plans built on incomplete or wrong figures will be wrong, and we cannot be responsible for that.
• You are responsible for your own decisions. Our written notes are planning input, not instructions. Acting on them, or choosing not to, is your decision.
• Where a plan touches on regulated activities, you engage the appropriate licensed professional yourself.

Our responsibilities

• We carry out the planning work with reasonable care and skill.
• We keep your personal data only as described in the privacy policy.
• We do not guarantee any investment outcome, because no one honestly can.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by Thai law, our liability for any single session is limited to the fee you paid for that session. We are not liable for losses caused by your acting, or not acting, on a plan, or by decisions made by third parties you were referred to.

Intellectual property

The written notes, budgets, and plans we produce for you are yours to keep and use for your personal, non-commercial purposes. The templates and methods behind them remain ours.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Udon Thani, Thailand, unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date below shows when they were last reviewed. Material changes take effect when posted here.
