Refund policy

Scope

This policy applies to the paid planning consultations offered by Voyager Retirement Planning Co., Ltd. (Tax ID 0105744131277). It does not apply to free initial inquiries, which carry no charge.

Cancellation by you

• More than 24 hours before the session: a full refund, or a rescheduled session at no cost — your choice.
• Less than 24 hours before the session: a 50% refund of the session fee. The remaining 50% covers the preparation time and the slot held for you.
• No-show (you do not attend and do not tell us in advance): no refund, but we will offer one rescheduled session at half the standard fee.

Cancellation by us

If we have to cancel a session, you may choose between a full refund or a rescheduled session at no cost. We will give you as much notice as we reasonably can.

Work already started

A planning session is a live, working conversation. If a session has begun and you stop part-way through, the fee for that session is not refundable, because the work has already been performed. The written note produced up to that point is yours to keep.

Multi-session sequences

If you booked a sequence of sessions and cancel the remaining ones more than 24 hours before the next one, the unused sessions are refunded in full. Sessions already delivered are not refundable.

Non-refundable items

• The 50% retained fee for late cancellations, as set out above.
• Sessions delivered in full or in part before cancellation.
• Third-party costs we have already paid on your behalf at your request (for example, a venue or a courier), passed through at cost.

Processing time and method

• Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 14 calendar days of our confirmation.
• If the original method is unavailable, we will arrange a Thai baht bank transfer to an account in your name.

How to request a refund or cancellation

Email info@voyager-array.digital or call +66-42-218-675 with your name, the session date, and the reason. We will confirm receipt within two business days and confirm the refund amount and timing in writing.

Deposits

If we ever agree a deposit against a future session, the deposit is refundable on the same terms as the session fee above. We do not charge non-refundable deposits unless we tell you in writing before you pay.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any right you have under the Thai Consumer Protection Act B.E. 2522 (1979) or other applicable law. If a statutory right gives you a better outcome than this policy, that right applies.
