This policy explains what we collect, why, how long we keep it, and the rights you have over it.
Who is responsible
Voyager Retirement Planning Co., Ltd. (Thai: บริษัท Voyager Retirement Planning จำกัด) is the data controller for the personal data you submit through this website. This policy is written to comply with Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) (PDPA).
What we collect
- Inquiry form data: the name, email, optional phone number, topic, and message you enter when you contact us, plus the date and time of submission.
- Consent preference: the choice you make in the cookie banner (accept or reject), stored in your own browser under the key
voyager-array.digital-consent-v1. This is held only on your device; we do not receive it on a server.
We do not collect analytics data, browsing history, location data, or identifiers from third-party trackers. No analytics or third-party tracking runs on this site.
Why we collect it and the legal basis

You may withdraw consent for ongoing use of your inquiry data at any time by emailing info@voyager-array.digital. Withdrawing consent does not affect any processing already carried out.
Where the data goes
Inquiry form data is sent by your browser to our same-domain form handler at /api/inquiry on voyager-array.digital. It is read by a person at our office and used only to respond to your inquiry. We do not pass your data to any third party, and we do not sell or share it for marketing.
How long we keep it
- If you book and complete a session, we keep the inquiry and any working notes for the duration of the engagement and for two years afterward, then delete them.
- If you do not book a session, we keep the inquiry for 90 days so we can answer follow-up questions, then delete it.
- The consent preference in your browser persists until you clear your browser storage or change it in the banner.
Your rights under the PDPA
You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Correct data that is wrong or out of date.
- Delete your data, subject to record-keeping obligations.
- Withdraw consent for further processing.
- Object to or restrict certain processing.
- Lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Committee Office of Thailand if you believe your rights have been breached.
To exercise any of these rights, email info@voyager-array.digital with enough detail to identify you. We respond within 30 days.
Security
We use a same-domain encrypted (HTTPS) connection to receive inquiries. Access to inquiry data on our side is limited to the small number of people who need it to respond. No system is perfectly secure, but we apply reasonable technical and organisational measures appropriate to the sensitivity of the data.
Children
This site and our services are intended for adults planning their own pre-retirement finances. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has sent us data, email us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our practices or the PDPA change. The date below shows when the text was last reviewed. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
